Ordering a custom spa cover requires precise measurements and specific choices to ensure a perfect fit for your hot tub. To help you understand the details needed, we’ve included a picture showing the required information.

HOT TUB COVER WARRANTY
SUNSET SPAS warrants its covers to the original purchaser to be free from defects and workmanship under normal usage for the period of one year from the date of purchase. This warranty is for spa covers made for normal residential use.
This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, whether expressed or implied. Fading, ordinary wear and tear, damage due to improper handling and/or installation are not considered defects in either workmanship or material.
EXEMPTIONS: Misuse, negligence or accident resulting in cuts or tears to the viny or fabric, breakage, warping, or melting of the foam cores. Black covers are excluded from fading warranty. Air B&B rentals and commercial use is excluded from warranty. Poor spa water chemistry or inappropriate spa vinyl treatments (eg. Armor-All.) Damage due to Acts of God (hail, windstorm, tornado or fire,) children or pets. Torn ties, heat seals or handles. Staining on top side or underside. Handles are for opening and closing the cover only and are not designed to carry the cover and if torn, are exempt. Ties and heat seals are not handles! Ripped out handles, tie downs, or heat seal pads are not covered.
Repairs or alterations to the spa cover by anyone other than SUNSET SPAS authorized personnel invalidates this warranty or any other warranty whether expressed or implied.
REMEDY: If the claim is valid, remedy will be either repair or replacement of the spa cover in like materials. The repaired or replaced spa cover will be returned to the purchaser within 60 days from receipt of the spa cover at SUNSET SPAS. Return shipment cost is the responsibility of the customer for any invalid claims.
SUNSET SPAS shall not be liable for consequential damages or expenses from any breach of this warranty.
